Refund policy

OVERVIEW

At Towel District, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our textile products (towels, linens, and bathrobes), we do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect orders placed by the customer. Returns and refunds are only issued for items with verified factory defects.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

- The item must have a verifiable manufacturing or factory defect (e.g., tears, holes, stitching failures, dye defects, or incorrect product shipped by us)
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect

NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

- Items that have been used, washed, or laundered
- Normal wear and colour variation due to bleach or chemical exposure
- Slight colour differences between what appears on your screen and the actual product
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Change of mind, wrong size, or wrong colour selected by the customer
- Bulk orders or wholesale purchases (contact us for special arrangements)
- Requests made more than 14 days after delivery

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

1. Email info@toweldistrict.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue
3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
4. If approved, we will provide return instructions or issue a replacement/refund directly

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

EXCHANGES

If your item has a factory defect, we will offer a free replacement of the same product, subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

If your order arrives with visible damage caused during transit, contact us at info@toweldistrict.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will file a claim with the carrier and either replace the item or issue a refund.

FINAL SALE

All sales are considered final unless the item has a verified factory defect as described above.
