Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING RATES
- Free shipping on all Canadian orders over $99 CAD
- Orders under $99 CAD are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- Canada: 3–7 business days after shipment
- United States: 5–10 business days after shipment
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control. Towel District is not liable for shipping delays once the order has been transferred to the carrier.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the notification.
ORDER ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. Towel District is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply if a package is returned to us due to an address error.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package appears lost or arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact us at support@toweldistrict.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
